Students enrolling in Laurier’s History program on the Brantford campus after completing a two- or three-year diploma program may earn up to 6.0 or 7.5 transfer credits (respectively). The specific transfer credits granted will be determined based on your unique academic journey and will be outlined in a transfer credit assessment that you will receive along with your offer letter.
To graduate with your Bachelor of Arts in History, you will need to complete the following courses at Laurier:
10.0 senior History credits (including 3.0 – 5.0 at the 200-level and 2.0 – 7.0 at the 300-level) and 1.0 History credits at the junior (100) level, including at minimum:
*Note: A maximum of 5.0 100-level courses allowed in total, including required courses, electives and transfer credits.
