Certification Pathway

Upon successful completion of all four parts, you will have fulfilled the educational and mentoring requirements to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. In addition to the program, you will need to complete 100 practice coaching hours. While these hours are not included in this curriculum, our instructors will provide clear guidance and support to help you complete them.

Interactive Learning Format

Courses are delivered remotely via Zoom, making the program accessible from anywhere. Each class includes:

  • Interactive breakout sessions.
  • Engaging group discussions.
  • Live mentor coaching and feedback.

You will also complete assigned readings and reflective writing outside of class time to deepen your learning and integrate core concepts.

Course Expectations

To make the most of our time together, we ask that everyone help create a safe, respectful and engaging learning environment.

  • Cameras – You will be required to keep your camera on for the full duration of each Zoom session. In coach education, learning is not just about information—it’s about connection, communication and modeling presence. Keeping your camera on allows for real-time interaction, observation of body language and more meaningful engagement with both instructors and peers. It also mirrors the skills and presence expected when coaching others, helping you practice being fully present and attentive. By staying visible, you contribute to a more dynamic, collaborative, and supportive learning environment for everyone.
  • Privacy – Join from a private, quiet space where you will not be overheard or interrupted. Because conversations in Coach Education courses may include confidential and deeply personal experiences, maintaining privacy is essential for ensuring a safe and respectful space for all.
