Ju Young earned his PhD in Organization Studies and MA in Sociology from the Carroll School of Management and the Department of Sociology at Boston College, respectively. Before joining Laurier, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Ivey Business School, Western University, where he was part of the Innovation North research team.
Adopting a systems lens, his research explores the symbiotic relationship between corporate strategy and sustainability. He explores how corporate strategies can drive long-term success for the firm while also contributing positively to society and the environment.
