I am a multidisciplinary visual artist and the Visual Art Director at Laurier Academy of Music and Art (LAMA). My work brings together traditional and contemporary art forms in ways that are accessible, mindful, and rooted in creative joy—for children, youth, and adults alike.
I am currently completing a PhD in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, and my approach to artmaking is informed by my work in mental health and wellness support. I see art as a gentle, grounding practice that fosters reflection, presence, and connection. Guided by the belief that creativity is for everyone, I aim to create calm, supportive spaces where, through gentle guidance and shared making, people can slow down, explore, and connect through art.
I offer hands-on experiences in mosaic art, Ebru (water marbling), macramé, air-dry clay, drawing, and other tactile art practices. Sessions are welcoming and process-focused, designed to support both creative exploration and wellbeing.
Whether you are new to art or returning to it after some time away, my hope is to create a space where curiosity feels safe and creativity feels nourishing. I offer both one-on-one and group sessions. Feel free to reach out for details.
