Student Musician Request Form

Laurier's talented student musicians may be available, upon request, to perform at events across the Kitchener/Waterloo Region.

Complete this form to request a Laurier student musician perform at your event. Once you have submitted a request, the Faculty of Music will send the event details out to students and direct those interested to reach out to you directly to discuss the opportunity.

If you do not know the budget for your event, please write "To Be Negotiated" in that field. When a student reaches out to express interest, you can negotiate the fee directly with them. All payments will also be made directly to the student.

If you are overwhelmed with responses and have enough to choose from, please email Amy at aneufeld@wlu.ca and we will send out an email to all students letting them know that applications are closed.
