I held a variety of administrative positions at Laurier from 2003-2018 including Associate Dean, Dean and Acting Principal/Vice-President of the Brantford Campus, Dean of Human and Social Sciences, and Assistant Provost: Strategy. I started at Laurier in the Sociology Department and am currently a member of the Leadership Program.
I have spent the last several years working in the area of self-leadership and personal performance. My book entitled, Who's Leading You? Success and Meaning in the Digital Age was published by Kendall-Hunt in 2021. I am currently developing ideas from this book into other formats to reach more general audiences, as well as working on the second edition.
