I have a PhD from the Department of Art History and Communication Studies at McGill University.
At various universities, I have taught in departments called Communication Studies, English and Film Studies, North American Studies, Art History and Communication Studies, and Visual Arts.
My teaching and research interests mostly surround popular visual media with a special interest in film and television studies. I also study and/or teach cultural policy, national popular cultures and media history.
I welcome inquiries from prospective MA students.
