I received my BA in English and general literature from Binghamton University, a DEA in the Texte, Imaginaire, Société program at the Université de Paris VIII, and my PhD in French at Emory University.
I was a visiting assistant professor at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, before coming to Laurier in 2003.
