In the Social Entrepreneurship Option, you will learn how to develop a social venture. As you work towards becoming a successful social entrepreneur, you’ll study transformative social enterprises and learn from social entrepreneurs who have already found success.
In the capstone course Social Entrepreneurship faculty members, who themselves are also seasoned social entrepreneurs, will be your coaches as you set up your own social enterprise – an enterprise that might even become your future career. Collaboration is key, which is why the final course kicks-off with a class canoe-trip and ends in a supportive “Dragon’s Den” type of experience to pitch your venture. Best of all, you will have the experience of taking your social enterprise all the way from problem definition to actual launch.
Are you ready to take the leap?
